How to use

Pharmacology
Dietary supplement "Alteika Syrup" with Icelandic moss is a viscous opalescent liquid of reddish or yellowish-brown color, with a faint aroma of oregano and thyme, sour-sweet, pleasant, with a taste reminiscent of its main components. Free from foreign particles, a slight sediment is permissible.
Prepared from plant raw materials including marshmallow, Icelandic moss, thyme, viburnum, calendula, and oregano.
The herbs included have expectorant, emollient, and anti-inflammatory properties due to the presence of mucilaginous substances, starch, and other components. They are used for inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract accompanied by difficulty in expectorating phlegm.
Nutritional and energy value per 100 ml of the product:
carbohydrates - 51 g, energy value (caloric content) 200 kcal / 850 kJ.

Alteyka Syrup with Icelandic Moss is a dietary supplement based on marshmallow root, Icelandic moss, thyme, and other ingredients. The composition of "Alteyka" syrup includes a complex of herbs. These plants possess expectorant, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory properties. They are combined in such a way that their effects are significantly enhanced. The preparation has bronchosecretory, expectorant, and coating actions. It exerts a mild irritating effect on the receptors of the gastric mucosa, reflexively stimulating the secretion of bronchial and salivary glands. It stimulates the formation of sputum, normalizes its rheological properties (viscosity, elasticity, adhesiveness), enhances the peristaltic movements of bronchioles and the motor function of the ciliated epithelium of the bronchi, facilitating the expulsion of sputum.

Препарат оказывает бронхосекреторное, отхаркивающее, обволакивающее действие. Оказывает слабое раздражающее влияние на рецепторы слизистой оболочки желудка, рефлекторно стимулирует секрецию бронхиальных и слюнных желез. Стимулирует образование мокроты, нормализует ее реологические свойства (вязкость, эластичность, адгезивность), усиливает перистальтические движения бронхиол и моторную функцию мерцательного эпителия бронхов, способствуя выведению мокроты.
