How to use
Brush your teeth twice a day. Squeeze the required amount of paste (1.0-1.5 cm) onto the toothbrush and brush your teeth using sweeping motions, gently massaging the gums for 3 minutes. Do not swallow. Consult your doctor about proper tooth brushing techniques. Use only as directed. For daily use.
