How to use
Toothpaste with fluoride.
Brush your teeth twice a day, but no more than three times.
Do not swallow.
After brushing, rinse your mouth with water and spit it out.
For children under 6 years of age, use a pea-sized amount of toothpaste and brush under adult supervision to prevent swallowing.
If using other fluoride-containing products, consult your dentist.

Чистите зубы дважды в день,но не более трех раз.
Не глотать.
После чистки зубов необходимо прополоскать рот водой и сплюнуть.
Детям в возрасте до 6 лет использовать количество пасты размером с горошину и чистить зубы под наблюдением взрослых для предотвращения проглатывания.
При использовании других фторосодержащих средств, проконсультируйтесь у стоматолога.
