How to use
• For wound treatment, the gel can be applied both openly and with dressings. Apply to the affected areas in a layer of 2-3 mm. It is used on both fresh wounds and previously treated wounds when changing the dressing. If exudate appears, the wound must be rinsed with a disinfectant solution and dried before reapplying the gel.
• It is recommended to treat the surgical field using a sterile swab with the gel for 2-3 minutes.
• In field conditions, the gel can also be used for hand treatment by personnel. Before applying the gel, hands should be washed with soap for 3-5 minutes, then immersed in a 1:1 aqueous solution of the gel and treated with sterile gauze for 5-7 minutes. This ensures hand sterility for 2-3 hours.

• Для обработки ран гель можно применять как открытым способом, так и с наложением повязок. Нанести на поврежденные участки слоем 2-3 мм. Применяется как на свежие раны, так и на предварительно обработанные раны при смене повязки. В случае появления экссудата перед повторным нанесением геля необходимо промыть рану раствором антисептика и осушить.
• Операционное поле рекомендуется обрабатывать с помощью стерильного тампона с гелем в течение 2-3 минут.
• В полевых условиях гель может быть использован в том числе для обработки рук персонала.
Перед нанесением геля руки моют с мылом в течение 3-5 минут, затем погружают их в водный (1:1) раствор геля и проводят обработку стерильной марлей в течение 5-7 минут. Тем самым обеспечивается стерильность рук в течение 2-3 часов.

Pharmacology
“ARGACOL” - A multi-directional wound healing agent, is a biodegradable antiseptic film-forming composition for the treatment of burns of II-III degree, trophic ulcers, and pressure sores.
Appearance: Gel-like consistency, brown color, with a specific odor.
Active ingredients:
collagen hydrolysate, sodium alginate, benzalkonium chloride, hydroxymethylquinoxaline dioxide, high-dispersed stabilized PVP silver, sodium hypochlorite.
The unique hydrogel “ARGACOL” is made using the “liquid plaster” technology in the form of a viscous sterile (until the first opening of the tube) gel, which forms a water- and air-permeable elastic film upon drying, easily washable with water or saline solution.
Properties:
• Has good adhesive properties.
• Film formation time on the wound - from 3 to 20 minutes (depending on the type of wound).
• Non-toxic, does not cause irritating or allergenic effects on the skin.
• Average coverage area with a thin layer from a 35 g tube - up to 30 by 30 cm.
“ARGACOL” has a multi-faceted complex of actions:
• anti-inflammatory and hemostatic action, provides antiseptic conditions for wound healing;
• promotes wound healing, stimulates the process of granulation growth and epithelial regeneration, prevents scar formation;
• has a broad spectrum of antibacterial action, active against pathogens of infectious complications of wounds (staphylococci, streptococci, gram-negative bacteria, spore-forming and non-spore-forming anaerobes, fungi of the genus Candida);
• protects the wound from external mechanical impacts, contamination, and infection.
Result:
The hydrogel “ARGACOL”:
• Accelerates healing.
• Exhibits bactericidal, hemostatic, and detoxifying effects.
• Ensures the prevention of scar formation.
The hydrogel “ARGACOL” is intended for the treatment of traumatic and post-surgical wounds (including purulent) in the first and second phases of the wound process, as well as other purulent-inflammatory skin and mucous membrane diseases, burns of varying severity, trophic ulcers, pressure sores, and other defects of covering tissues, including mucous cavities of the mouth, birth canal, as well as for the protection of skin grafts and donor sites. In emergency situations, the hydrogel can be used as a temporary wound covering. It can be applied at the stages of pre-hospital, outpatient, and hospital care, in home and field conditions.

Активные ингредиенты:
гидролизат коллагена, натрия альгинат, бензалкония хлорид, гидроксиметилхиноксалиндиоксид, серебро высокодисперсное стабилизированное ПВП, гипохлорит натрия.
Уникальный гидрогель «АРГАКОЛ» выполнен по технологии «жидкий пластырь» в форме вязкого стерильного (до первого вскрытия тубы) геля, при высыхании образует водо- и воздухопроницаемую эластичную пленку, легко смываемую водой или физиологическим раствором.
Свойства:
• Обладает хорошими адгезивными свойствами.
• Время пленкообразования на ране -от 3 до 20 минут (в зависимости от типа раны).
• Не токсичен, не оказывает раздражающего или аллергенного влияния на кожу.

При чрезвычайных обстоятельствах гидрогель может быть использован в качестве временного раневого покрытия. Может применяться на этапах доврачебной, поликлинической и госпитальной помощи, в домашних и полевых условиях
