ARTROCIN GLUCOSAMINE CHONDROITIN MSM - Dietary Supplement - a complex of nutrients to support the functional state of joints.
Each 2-4 capsules contain:
Glucosamine - 333-666 mg (47.5-95% of the Daily Reference Value)
Chondroitin sulfate - 162-324 mg (27-54% of the Daily Reference Value)
Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) - 25-50 mg
Vitamin C - 39.5-79 mg (66-132% of the Daily Reference Value)
The health and functionality of joints largely depend on the condition of their structural components. The wear of cartilage is a natural process observed with age. Over time, without additional external support, the body synthesizes less glucosamine and chondroitin - the components of cartilage. Under the influence of various factors, micro- and macro-damage occurs in the joints, leading to degradation of the matrix of all joint tissues - at this point, the body may be unable to respond with standard adaptation mechanisms under load. This is followed by anatomical and physiological disorders - cartilage degradation, osteophyte formation, and consequently - stiffness, swelling, and immobility of the joints. Support for the joints in the form of glucosamine and chondroitin from external sources helps maintain the health of cartilage and bone tissues, reduce the rate of their destruction, and prevent inflammatory joint diseases.
ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:
Glucosamine is necessary for the body to synthesize substances from which cartilage, ligaments, tendons, and the fluid surrounding the joints are "assembled." Exogenous glucosamine affects cartilage tissue and chondrocytes in osteoarthritis, helping to reduce the production of inflammatory mediators and slow down the processes of cartilage destruction.
Chondroitin sulfate is additionally required for building a healthy cartilage matrix. It participates in the synthesis of type II collagen, necessary for shifting the anabolic/catabolic balance towards reducing cartilage tissue destruction.
Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) - an organic sulfur-containing compound; MSM contains 34% natural sulfur and is a primary metabolite of dimethyl sulfoxide. Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) participates in the processes of restoring and maintaining connective tissue, in the synthesis of sulfated glycosaminoglycans and collagen.
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is necessary for collagen synthesis. The network of collagen fibrils and fibers maintains the shape and volume of articular cartilage.
The combined use of glucosamine, chondroitin, and MSM has a synergistic effect on the condition of the joints; the active components of Artrocin Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM contribute to improved mobility, reduced inflammatory processes and pain sensations, and slowed cartilage tissue destruction.

Здоровье и функциональность суставов во многом зависит от состояния их структурных компонентов. Изнашивание хрящевой ткани является естественным процессом, наблюдаемым с возрастом. В течение времени, без дополнительной поддержки извне, организм все меньше синтезирует глюкозамина и хондроитина - составляющих хряща. Под влиянием различных факторов в суставах происходят микро- и макроповреждения, наблюдается деградация матрикса всех тканей сустава - при этом организм может быть не в состоянии ответить стандартными механизмом адаптации при нагрузке. За этим следуют анатомические и физиологические нарушения - деградация хряща, образование остеофитов и так далее, и, как следствие - тугоподвижность, отечность и скованность суставов.
Поддержка суставов в виде глюкозамина и хондроитина, поступающих извне, способствует сохранению здоровья хрящевой и костной тканей, снижению скорости их разрушения и предупреждения воспалительных заболеваний суставов.
АКТИВНЫЕ ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ:
Глюкозамин необходим организму для синтеза веществ, из которых «собираются» хрящи, связки, сухожилия и жидкость, окружающая суставы. Глюкозамин, поступающий извне, воздействует на хрящевую ткань и хондроциты при остеоартрите, способствуя уменьшению продукции медиаторов воспаления и замедлению процессов разрушения хряща.
Хондроитина сульфат дополнительно требуется для строительства здорового хрящевого матрикса. Участвует в процессах синтеза коллагена II типа, необходим для сдвига анаболического/катаболического баланса в сторону снижения разрушения хрящевой ткани.
Метилсульфонилметан (МСМ) - органическое серосодержащее соединение; МСМ содержит 34% натуральной серы и является начальным метаболитом диметилсульфоксида. Метилсульфонилметан (МСМ) принимает участие в процессах восстановления и поддержания соединительной ткани, в синтезе сульфатированных гликозамингликанов и коллагена.
Витамин С (аскорбиновая кислота) необходим для синтеза коллагена. Сеть из коллагеновых фибрилл и волокон обеспечивает поддержание формы и объема суставного хряща.
