Indications
The drug is used in the complex therapy of biliary dyskinesia of the hypokinetic type, chronic non-calculous cholecystitis, chronic hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, chronic nephritis, chronic renal failure.

How to use
Orally.
Adults: 2-3 tablets 3 times a day before meals.
Children over 6 years: 1-2 tablets (depending on age) 3 times a day before meals.
Treatment course: 2-3 weeks.
Repetition of treatment courses is possible upon consultation with a doctor.
If no improvement occurs after treatment, or if symptoms worsen, or new symptoms appear, consult a doctor. Use the medication only according to the indications, method of use, and dosages specified in the instructions.

Взрослым по 2-3 таблетки 3 раза в день до еды.
Детям старше 6-и лет рекомендуется принимать по 1-2 таблетки (в зависимости от возраста) 3 раза в день до еды.
Курс лечения - 2-3 недели.
Проведение повторных курсов лечения возможно по согласованию с врачом

Excipients: pregelatinized corn starch 22.00 mg, light magnesium trisilicate 12.00 mg, magnesium stearate 3.75 mg, Prosolv (microcrystalline cellulose (type 102) 98%; colloidal silicon dioxide 2%) 59.25 mg, talc 3.00 mg
Coating: IsuPolish®R brown 385.04 FSC 50.00 mg, including: hypromellose (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose) 12.50 mg, gum arabic 1.50 mg, sucrose 22.50 mg, talc 3.00 mg, titanium dioxide 1.00 mg, yellow iron oxide dye 3.50 mg, red iron oxide dye 3.50 mg, black iron oxide dye 2.50 mg.
Round biconvex tablets, coated, from brown to dark brown in color. On cross-section, the core is light brown to dark brown, with speckles of a lighter color.

Contraindications & warnings
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug; cholelithiasis; obstruction of the bile ducts; acute liver, kidney, bile, and urinary tract diseases; severe hepatocellular insufficiency. Sucrose/isomaltase deficiency; fructose intolerance; glucose-galactose malabsorption. Age under 6 years.
Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding:
The use of the drug during pregnancy and breastfeeding is possible only by prescription and under the supervision of a physician.
In case of severe prolonged diarrhea or abdominal pain, the use of the medication should be discontinued and a doctor should be consulted. If symptoms of the disease persist or worsen while using the medication for 2 weeks, this should be reported to the attending physician.
The daily dose of the medication contains 0.040 bread units (BE).
Effect on the ability to drive vehicles and operate machinery:
The medication does not affect the ability to perform potentially hazardous activities that require increased attention and quick psychomotor reactions (including driving vehicles, operating moving machinery).

Повышенная чувствительность к компонентам препарата, желчнокаменная болезнь, непроходимость (обтурация) желчевыводящих путей, острые заболевания печени, почек, желче- и мочевыводящих путей, тяжелая гепатоцеллюлярная недостаточность. Дефицит сахаразы/изомальтазы, непереносимость фруктозы, глюкозо-галактозная мальабсорбция. Детский возраст до 6 лет.
Применение при беременности и в период грудного вскармливания:
Применение препарата при беременности и в период грудного вскармливания возможно только по назначению и под контролем врача
В случае развития тяжелой длительной диареи или абдоминальной боли прием препарата должен быть прекращен и следует обратиться к врачу. При сохранении симптомов заболевания или ухудшения состояния на фоне применения препарата в течение 2-х недель следует сообщить об этом лечащему врачу.
Суточная доза препарата содержит 0,040 хлебных единиц (ХЕ)
Влияние на способность управлять транспортными средствами и другими механизмами:
Препарат не оказывает влияния на способность к выполнению потенциально опасных видов деятельности, требующих повышенной концентрации внимания и быстроты психомоторных реакций (в том числе, управление транспортными средствами, работа с движущимися механизмами).

Pharmacology
The pharmacological effect of the drug is due to a complex of biologically active substances included in its composition. Cynarin, in combination with phenolic acids, has choleretic and hepatoprotective effects. Ascorbic acid, carotene, vitamins B1 and B2, and inulin contribute to the normalization of metabolic processes.
It also has a diuretic effect and enhances the excretion of urea.

Artichoke 200 mg is a medicinal product based on artichoke extract, which has beneficial properties for the liver and biliary tract. Each tablet contains 200 mg of artichoke extract and is coated for better absorption by the body. The product is used in the complex therapy of biliary dyskinesia of the hypokinetic type, chronic non-calculous cholecystitis, chronic hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, chronic nephritis, and chronic renal failure. Allergic reactions may occur. With prolonged use of the product in high doses, diarrhea may develop.
