The values provided do not exceed the upper permissible level of daily intake, according to the "Unified sanitary-epidemiological and hygienic requirements for goods subject to sanitary-epidemiological supervision (control)" (Chapter II, Section 1, Appendix 5).
Magne B6 is a combined preparation containing magnesium and vitamin B6. This pair works synergistically - vitamin B6 enhances the absorption of magnesium and its penetration into cells.
Magnesium is involved in more than 300 enzymatic reactions, supports the functioning of the nervous system, muscle function, heart and vascular health, alleviates nervousness, anxiety, irritability.
Vitamin B6 is involved in the synthesis of neurotransmitters (serotonin, dopamine, GABA), improves brain function and mood, supports hormonal balance and immunity.
Magne B6 aids recovery after physical and mental exertion and helps eliminate:
