How to use
Recommendations for use:
After opening the sterile inner packaging, the Atrauman Ag dressing, covered on both sides with protective paper, is cut to the size of the wound surface.
After removing one layer of protective paper, the dressing is applied to the wound, then the second protective layer is removed.
The dressing is covered with an absorbent dressing and secured with adhesive tape.
In cases of minimal secretion, the dressing may remain in the wound for up to 7 days, maintaining its antimicrobial activity.

После вскрытия стерильной внутренней упаковки повязка Atrauman Ag, покрытая с двух сторон защитной бумагой, вырезается в соответствии с размером раневой поверхности.
После удаления одного слоя защитной бумаги повязка накладывается на рану, затем снимается второй защитный слой
Повязка накрывается впитывающей повязкой и фиксируется пластырем
При небольшом количестве секрета повязка может находиться в ране до 7 дней, сохраняя свою антимикробную активность

Pharmacology
DRESSING ATRAUMAN AG - atraumatic ointment dressing
Size: 5 x 5 cm
Atrauman Ag - silver-containing dressing with antibacterial properties made from a polyamide mesh coated with elemental silver.
Silver ions act on both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, including MRSA strains.
The carrier material consists of polyamide fibers coated with elemental silver and is impregnated with an inactive ointment mass based on triglycerides (neutral fats).
The ointment mass contains: Caprylic/Capric/Stearic Triglyceride; Bis-Diglyceryl Polyacryladipate-2 and Macrogol 2000.
Atrauman Ag is characterized by high air and vapor permeability.
Sterile, individually sealed.
PROPERTIES
The thin, soft, and well-draping carrier material ensures good contact with the wound bed.
The silver-containing surface of the carrier material and the ointment mass prevent the dressing from sticking to the wound, allowing for painless removal.
When changing the dressing, granulation tissue and young epithelium are not irritated.
Silver ions suppress bacterial activity on the surface of the dressing.
Atrauman® Ag acts on both gram-negative (e.g., Klebsiella pneumoniae) and gram-positive bacteria (e.g., Staphylococcus aureus, including MRSA strains).
This reduces the burden on the patient's immune system and prevents the onset of infection.
The ointment mass maintains the elasticity of the wound edges, thereby stimulating the process of epithelialization.
It does not contain active substances or paraffin.
When changing the dressing, no difficult-to-remove residues of the ointment (e.g., petroleum jelly) remain on the wound.
For absorbing secretions, Atrauman is used in combination with absorbent dressings.
INDICATIONS
Indicated for the treatment of superficial, acute, and chronic wounds of any type; as an adjunctive treatment for infected wounds or wounds with a high level of microbial contamination.
Especially recommended for patients with high skin sensitivity and increased reactions to medications.

СВОЙСТВА
Тонкий мягкий и хорошо драпирующий несущий материал обеспечивает хороший контакт с дном раны.
Серебросодержащая поверхность несущего материала и мазевая масса противодействуют приклеиванию повязки к ране, поэтому снятие повязки происходит безболезненно.
При смене повязки грануляционная ткань и молодой эпителий не раздражаются.
Ионы серебра подавляют жизнедеятельность бактерий на поверхности повязки.

Особенно рекомендуется для пациентов с высокой чувствительностью кожи и повышенной реакцией на медикаменты.
