Vitamin B12 9 mcg, 900% of RDA1
1 - % of the recommended daily intake according to Appendix 2 of TR TS 022/2011 "Food Products in Terms of Their Labeling."
The content of vitamin B12 does not exceed the upper permissible level of daily intake.
Vitamin B12 is the only vitamin rich in mineral elements (particularly cobalt).
A deficiency of this vitamin in adults leads to anemia, chronic fatigue, insomnia, cognitive disorders, gastrointestinal issues, and back pain. In children, a deficiency may slow natural growth and cause poor appetite.
Vitamin B12 also participates in the formation of nerve fibers, where it acts as a building material for the formation of the nerve cell sheath. Vitamin B12 is necessary for the formation of the active form of folic acid and for preventing cellular hypoxia.
Vitamin B12 plays a key role in several vital processes of the body.
