How to use
• For injuries (sprains, strains, bruises) with hematoma formation - apply the gel-balm to the affected area, gently and smoothly distribute it over the skin surface, and leave it until fully absorbed;
• For "aching" joint pain - apply to the affected area, rubbing in with light massaging movements.
