The dietary supplement Inositol 1:40 BIOLEM is an additional source of inositol (vitamin B8), which effectively impacts women's health: it enhances fertility, improves egg quality, restores the menstrual cycle, alleviates PMS (premenstrual syndrome symptoms), normalizes ovulation, and aids in weight loss. Inositol helps women balance hormonal levels, which is critically important for successful conception, planning, and maintaining pregnancy. Additionally, the active supplement assists with acne, pimples, and excessive hair growth in polycystic ovary syndrome.
Equally important is the effect of inositol on fat metabolism. The substance regulates the production and breakdown of lipids, prevents their excessive accumulation in the liver, and the development of fatty liver disease—a condition where healthy liver tissue is replaced by fat, disrupting normal organ function. Furthermore, inositol is involved in fat transport. As a result, fats do not accumulate in places that can harm health (e.g., blood vessels) but are delivered where they are needed for energy production, cell building, or the synthesis of hormones, enzymes, and other important biologically active substances.
Inositol plays a key role in the functioning of the nervous system: it participates in signal transmission between nerve cells and is necessary for the synthesis and regulation of neurotransmitters—serotonin, dopamine, norepinephrine. Their functioning directly affects emotional state, sleep quality, attention concentration, and memory.
If inositol is insufficient, a person finds it harder to cope with stressful situations and is more prone to anxiety and depressive disorders.

Инозитол играет ключевую роль в работе нервной системы: он участвует в передаче сигналов между нервными клетками, необходим для синтеза и регуляции нейромедиаторов- серотонина, дофамина, норадреналина. От их работы напрямую зависит эмоциональное состояние, качество сна, концентрация внимания, память.
Если инозитола недостаточно, человек сложнее переносит стрессовые ситуации, больше подвержен тревожным, депрессивным расстройствам.
