How to use
1. With dry hands, separate the whitening strips from the protective backing.
2. Apply the strips to the teeth with the sticky side, aligning them along the gum line and pressing down gently (the longer strip for the upper row, the shorter strip for the lower row).
3. Leave the strips on the teeth for 30 minutes, then remove them.
4. If necessary, rinse your mouth with water.

1. Сухими руками отделите отбеливающие полоски от защитного покрытия.
2. Липкой стороной наклейте полоски на зубы, выровняйте их по линии десны и слегка прижмите (длинная полоска - к верхнему ряду, короткая полоска - к нижнему).
3. Оставьте полоски на зубах на 30 минут, затем снимите их.
4. При необходимости прополощите рот водой.
