How to use
For adults, pour 1 filter bag (1.5 g) with 1 cup (200 ml) of boiling water, steep for 15-20 minutes, squeeze, and take 1 cup (200 ml) once a day with meals.
Store the prepared infusion in the refrigerator.
Duration of intake - 1 month.

FITO-ALTAI BURDOCK ROOT - Dietary Supplement (BAA)
Burdock root has anti-inflammatory, diuretic, and sudorific effects; stimulates enzyme production and pancreatic function; improves mineral metabolism; and supports lactation.
Infusions and decoctions from large burdock roots are used for inflammatory diseases and peptic ulcer disease of the stomach, disorders of gastric and pancreatic secretory function, rheumatism, inflammatory joint diseases, and febrile conditions.
Burdock roots contain flavonoids, inulin, essential oil, proteins, fatty and organic acids, tannins, vitamins C and B group.
