How to use
Baths: General baths 6-7 drops.
Massage: 4-6 drops per 20 grams of base.
Compress: Apply 3-4 drops of undiluted oil to a damp compress made of gauze, flannel, or a soft towel.
Aromatherapy lamp: 1-2 drops per 5 square meters of area.
To repel mosquitoes and ticks, a few drops of oil can be applied to clothing.
