How to use
1 filter bag (1 g) should be poured with 1 cup (200 ml) of boiling water, infused for 10-15 minutes, squeeze the bag, and bring the volume of the resulting infusion to 200 ml with boiled water.
Adults and children over 7 years old should take 1/2 cup of the infusion 2 times a day with meals.
The recommended intake meets an adequate level of flavonoid consumption by 30% *
*according to the Unified Requirements of the Customs Union
Duration of intake: 14 days. If necessary, the intake can be repeated.

Pharmacology
As a dietary supplement - a source of flavonoids containing essential oil.
Infusion of chamomile flowers, when taken orally, increases the secretion of digestive glands, has a choleretic effect, reduces fermentation processes, and alleviates intestinal spasms. The mechanism of the antispasmodic action is explained by the m-cholinolytic properties of the plant's glycosides.
Chamomile preparations have antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, sedative, and some analgesic effects.

Настой цветков ромашки при приеме внутрь повышает секрецию пищеварительных желез, оказывает желчегонное действие, уменьшает процессы брожения, снимает спазмы кишечника. Механизм спазмолитического действия объясняется м-холинолитическими свойствами гликозидов растения.
Препараты ромашки оказывают спазмолитическое, противовоспалительное, антисептическое, седативное и некоторое обезболивающее действие.
