How to use
Apply toothpaste to a wet toothbrush. Clean the oral cavity with light pressure using back-and-forth motions.
It is recommended to brush teeth for at least 2 minutes at least 2 times a day.
Children 6 years and younger: the amount of toothpaste used should not exceed the size of a pea.
To minimize swallowing, brushing should be done under adult supervision.

Нанести зубную пасту на смоченную водой зубную щетку. Чистить полость рта с легким усилием возвратно-поступательными движениями.
Рекомендуется чистить зубы не менее 2 минут не реже 2 раз в день.
Дети 6 лет и младше: количество используемой пасты не должно превышать размер горошины.
Для минимизирования глотания осуществлять чистку под контролем взрослых

Calcium lactate nourishes teeth with calcium and strengthens tooth enamel.
