How to use
Massage: Mix 3-5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of any cosmetic oil (jojoba, peach, almond, etc.) or massage cream, apply to the skin, and perform the massage procedure.
Use for: rheumatic pain, muscle strain and inflammation, respiratory diseases.
Gargling: Add 4-5 drops of essential oil to 1 teaspoon of honey, mix thoroughly, and dissolve the mixture in 200 ml of warm water. Gargle 2-4 times a day.
Use for cough.
Ice for skin: Add 3-5 drops of essential oil and the juice of half a lemon to 5 ml of milk or cream, mix thoroughly. Add the resulting mixture to 200 ml of mineral or distilled water, mix well. Pour into molds and place in the refrigerator to make ice. Rub the skin with the resulting ice in the morning for 10-60 seconds.
Use for: improving complexion.
Applications: Add 6-8 drops of essential oil to 15 ml of any cosmetic oil. Soak a piece of cotton in the resulting solution and apply it to the affected area for 10-15 minutes several times a day.
Use for eliminating fungal skin infections.
Enrichment of cosmetic products: Add 3-5 drops of essential oil to 10-15 ml of shampoo, mix thoroughly.
Use for strengthening hair, in cases of pediculosis.
Use of undiluted essential oil: Apply undiluted essential oil to the skin defect. Avoid contact with healthy skin.
Use for removing papillomas, warts.

Массаж: 3-5 капель эфирного масла смешайте с 10 мл любого косметического масла (жожоба, персикового, миндального и др.) или массажного крема, нанесите на кожу, проведите процедуру массажа.
Используйте при: ревматических болях, мышечном перенапряжении и воспаление мышц, заболеваниях дыхательных путей.
Полоскания: к 1 чайной ложке меда добавьте 4-5 капель эфирного масла, тщательно размешайте и растворите смесь в 200 мл теплой воды. Полощите рот 2-4 раза в течение дня.
Используйте при кашле.
Лед для кожи: к 5 мл молока или сливок добавьте3-5 капель эфирного масла и сок половины лимона, все тщательно перемешайте. Полученную смесь добавьте к 200 мл минеральной или дистиллированной воды, тщательно размешайте. Разлейте в формочки и поставьте в холодильник для получения льда. Протирайте кожу полученным льдом по утрам 10-60 секунд.
Используйте для: улучшения цвета лица.
Аппликации: к 15 мл любого косметического масла добавьте 6-8 капель эфирного масла. Полученным раствором пропитайте кусочек ваты и прикладывайте к больному месту на 10-15 минут несколько раз в течение дня.
Используйте для устранения грибковых поражений кожи.
Обогащение косметических средств: к 10-15 мл шампуня добавьте 3-5 капель эфирного масла, тщательно перемешайте.
Используйте для укрепления волос, при педикулезе.
Использование неразбавленного эфирного масла: неразбавленное эфирное масло нанесите на дефект кожи. Не допускайте попадания масла на здоровую кожу.
Используйте для удаления папиллом, бородавок.
