How to use
Adults should take 1 capsule twice a day with meals. Duration of intake: 1 month.

• inulin - 400 mg (16.0% of the RDA (2))
• vitamin E - 10.0 mg (100.0% of the RDA (1))
(1) - recommended daily intake level according to the requirements of TR TS 022/2011;
(2) - adequate daily intake level according to Appendix 5 "Unified sanitary-epidemiological and hygienic requirements for goods subject to sanitary-epidemiological supervision (control)";
Characteristics of the components of "BACTRUM"
Jerusalem artichoke - a source of inulin - a natural prebiotic that stimulates the production of beneficial gut microbiota, regulates gastrointestinal function, normalizes the acid-base balance of the gastrointestinal tract, facilitates the absorption of nutrients from food, and improves metabolism.
Dietary fibers in the form of calcium alginate - a natural sorbent derived from seaweed. Dietary fibers eliminate harmful substances from the body by binding digestive waste, toxins, excess cholesterol, and other harmful metabolites, as well as enhancing the growth of normal microbiota. Dietary fibers participate in fat, carbohydrate, and protein metabolism, promote improved digestion, normalize stool consistency, and prevent constipation.
Vitamin E (tocopherol) - an antioxidant that prevents cell destruction. Supports the health of all body systems, optimizes metabolic processes, improves skin condition, has rejuvenating effects, slows the development of cardiovascular diseases, enhances the production of sex hormones, supports reproductive function, and accelerates tissue recovery.

Характеристика компонентов «Бактрум»
Топинамбур - источник инулина - натуральный пребиотик, стимулирует выработку полезной микробиоты кишечника, регулирует работу ЖКТ, нормализует кислотно-щелочной баланс ЖКТ, облегчает процессы усвоения полезных веществ из пищи, улучшает обмен веществ.
Пищевые волокна в форме альгината кальция - натуральный сорбент, извлекаемый из морских водорослей. Пищевые волокна выводят из организма вредные вещества, связывая отходы пищеварения, токсины, избыточный холестерин и другие вредные метаболиты, а также усиливают рост нормальной микробиоты. Пищевые волокна участвуют в жировом, углеводном и белковом обмене, способствуют улучшению пищеварения, нормализуют консистенцию стула, предотвращают запоры.
