How to use
Always use a tampon with the lowest absorbency level necessary for you. Change the tampon every 4-7 hours.
If you are using tampons for the first time, we recommend using the smallest size Regular tampon from Corimo. To find the most suitable size for you, try different options of Corimo tampons.
Recommendations
Wash your hands before and after inserting a tampon.
• Before inserting a new tampon, remove the used one. Remember to remove the tampon at the end of your menstrual period. Use different types of tampons according to the intensity of menstrual flow.
• Change tampons at least once every 4-7 hours, and more frequently if necessary. Always insert a new tampon before going to bed, and immediately change the used tampon to a new one upon waking up.
• You can use tampons while swimming, taking a bath, and using the toilet - these activities will not cause the tampon to fall out or leak.
Do not use more than one tampon at a time. Do not use tampons if you have vaginal discharge. Tampons are intended for vaginal use only. In case of gynecological conditions, consultation with a healthcare provider is recommended.

The initial symptoms of TSS resemble those of an acute respiratory viral infection (ARVI), but the progression of the illness can be very severe. If during tampon use you experience high fever, diarrhea, vomiting, muscle pain, dizziness, or rash, you must immediately remove the tampon and urgently consult a doctor, informing them about tampon use. Do not resume tampon use without consulting a doctor. The likelihood of developing TSS is low. It can be reduced by following the personal hygiene recommendations in this instruction during tampon use.
