Pharmacology
Chondroitin sulfate - the main structural component of cartilage and a natural protector (chondroprotector) of its cells. Increases the moisture retention of cartilage, preventing its drying out. Slows down the resorption (destruction) of bone tissue, improves phosphorus-calcium metabolism in cartilage tissue, stimulates the regeneration of joint tissues, and enhances the quality of joint lubrication.
Glucosamine - an essential element of cartilage tissue. Ensures the production of chondroitin, improves metabolic processes in the joints. Stimulates the production of glycosaminoglycans necessary for the restoration of cartilage tissue, as well as the synthesis of proteoglycans and hyaluronic acid in synovial fluid. Slows the development of degenerative processes in the joints, reduces pain sensations.
B vitamins strengthen the collagen framework of bone tissue, promote the restoration of cartilage cells in osteoarthritis and arthritis. Inhibit age-related degenerative-dystrophic processes in the joints, prevent the accumulation of homocysteine, which damages connective tissues.
Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is a component of glycosaminoglycans. Participates in the formation of collagen, which helps strengthen cartilage tissue and muscles.
Dihydroquercetin (DHQ) - a plant pigment (flavonoid), a benchmark natural antioxidant. Provides prevention of degenerative-dystrophic processes, prevents early cellular aging. Глюкозамин (Glucosamine) - неотъемлемый элемент хрящевой ткани. Обеспечивает выработку хондроитина, улучшает обменные процессы в суставах. Стимулирует производство гликозаминогликанов, необходимых для восстановления хрящевой ткани, а также синтез протеогликанов и гиалуроновой кислоты синовиальной жидкости. Тормозит развитие дегенеративных процессов в суставах, снижает болевые ощущения.
Витамины группы В укрепляют коллагеновый каркас костной ткани, при артрозах и артритах способствуют восстановлению клеток хряща. Тормозят возрастные дегенеративно-дистрофические процессы в суставах, препятствуют накоплению гомоцис¬теина, повреждающего соединительные ткани.
