• Заживление влажных мозолей.
• Поддержание естественного уровня увлажнённости.

How to use
• Wash your hands and ensure that the affected area of skin is clean; apply the patch only to dry and degreased skin.
• Open the package and remove the patch.
• Before use, warm the patch in your hands.
• Remove the first protective strip and apply the exposed part of the patch to the affected area of skin.
• Then carefully remove the second protective strip and apply the remaining part of the patch. Smooth the edges of the patch to ensure optimal adhesion.
• Products containing hydrocolloid can remain on the skin for no more than 4 days. To remove the patch earlier or after the maximum wearing time, moisten it briefly with warm water.
Note. Each individual product can be worn for up to 4 days, after which it must be removed or replaced with a new product. It is necessary to immediately replace the patch with a new one in case of contamination, damage, or detachment from the skin, and this cycle can be repeated until the moist calluses are fully healed.

• Вымыть руки и убедиться, что пораженный участок кожи чистый, наносить пластырь только на сухую и обезжиренную кожу.
• Открыть упаковку и достать пластырь.
• Перед использованием согреть пластырь руками.
• Снять первую защитную полоску и приложить открытую часть пластыря к пораженному участку кожи.
• Затем аккуратно снять вторую защитную полоску и нанести оставшуюся часть пластыря. Аккуратно расправить края пластыря, чтобы обеспечить оптимальную адгезию.
• Продукты, содержащие гидроколлоид могут оставаться на коже не более 4 дней. Чтобы удалить пластырь раньше или по истечении максимального времени ношения, смочите его ненадолго теплой водой.
Примечание.
Каждое отдельное изделие можно носить до 4 дней, затем оно должно быть удалено, либо заменено на новое изделие. Необходимо немедленно заменить МИ на новое в случае загрязнения, повреждения, либо отклеивания от кожи и этот цикл может повторяться до полного заживления влажных мозолей.
Composition
The patch consists of a single layer of adhesive hydrocolloid (contains carboxymethyl cellulose).
The wound pad and the base of the patch are made of 100% hydrocolloid.

Пластырь состоит из одного слоя адгезивного гидроколлоида (содержит карбоксиметил целлюлозу).
Раневая подушечка и основа пластыря состоят из 100% гидроколлоида.
Contraindications & warnings
• untreated infected wet calluses,
• untreated infected minor (superficial) skin lesions
• severe injuries, heavily bleeding or profusely exuding wounds, pressure sores, or for any purposes other than those listed in the indications
• individual intolerance to the materials used in manufacturing.
Precautions:
• This is a single-use product; do not reuse.
• Apply the patch only if the hydrocolloid layer covers the entire surface of the moist corn.
• Consult a doctor before applying the patch to a potentially infected moist corn or blister, due to the possible appearance of signs of infection (e.g., redness, overheating, swelling, or pain).
• In the case of diabetes, always consult a doctor before using the patch.
• Do not puncture an unbroken blister (moist corn) and do not expose yourself to the risk of infection.
• Do not use the product for more than 4 days.
• Store the patches in a cool (not in the refrigerator), dry place, out of reach of children, at a temperature between +5°C and +30°C.

Меры предосторожности:
• Изделие однократного применения, не использовать повторно.
• Наносите пластырь только в том случае, если гидроколлоидный слой покрывает всю поверхность влажной мозоли.
• Проконсультируйтесь с врачом, прежде чем накладывать пластырь на потенциально инфицированную влажную мозоль или волдырь, ввиду возможного появления признаков инфекции (например, покраснение, перегрев, отек или боль).
• В случае сахарного диабета всегда консультируйтесь с врачом перед использованием пластыря.
• Не прокалывайте неразорвавшийся волдырь (влажную мозоль) и не подвергайте себя риску заражения.
• Не используйте изделие более 4 дней.
• Храните пластыри в прохладном (не в холодильнике), сухом месте, недоступном для детей при температуре от +5°С до +30°С.

"The hydrocolloid plaster for wet calluses Cosmos® hydro" is a non-active, non-invasive, single-use, self-adhesive, non-sterile product made of 100% hydrocolloid, including a self-adhesive hydrocolloid contact layer (functional pad) as needed and depending on the shape, and a backing material with an adhesive coating (carrier material) protected by silicone paper.
