How to use
Sublingually.
The granules should be dissolved in the mouth 30 minutes before meals or 60 minutes after meals.
For children aged 0 to 3 years, the granules should be previously dissolved by shaking in 10-15 ml of room temperature water and given to drink.
The optimal amount for a single dose is 5 granules.
Consultation with a doctor is necessary to determine the dilution, frequency, and duration of administration.

Pharmacology
Homeopathic monocomponent preparation of mineral-chemical origin, the action of which is determined by the components included in its composition.
Cuprum metallicum, precipitated, is a red metal, practically insoluble in water and alcohol. Copper exerts a powerful metabolic effect due to its incorporation with proteins: ceruloplasmin, oxidases (especially cytochrome oxidase, involved in the mitochondrial respiratory chain), superoxide dismutase, which participates in the metabolism of free radicals and oxygen derivatives, explaining the role of copper as a trace element regulating the inflammatory response.
Indications for Cuprum metallicum
Key symptoms for prescribing the preparation
• spastic pains, mostly of a convulsive type;
• cramps, especially in the calf muscles;
• dizziness;
• paroxysmal cough.
Main cases of clinical application
Clinical indications are mainly represented by diseases with a predominance of muscle spasms (referring to both striated and smooth muscles), which may be accompanied by impaired digestive tract function.
Gastroenterology
• diarrhea related to cholera-like syndromes, characterized by sharp intestinal spasms;
• intestinal colic with very sharp pains;
• hiccups, throat spasms, where improvement occurs if the patient drinks cold water;
• infant colic accompanied by hiccups.
Otorhinolaryngology and Pulmonology
• spasms of the vocal cords, spasms during sobbing, bronchospasms, asthmatic status, corresponding to the characteristic properties of the drug;
• whooping cough-like paroxysms of cough.
Neurology
• facial spasms, convulsive twitching of the face, palpebral myoclonus;
• convulsive states starting with the bending of the thumbs towards the palms and gradually spreading to the bases of the limbs and the face.
Other indications
• nocturnal calf muscle cramps, especially in pregnant women and elderly patients;
• algomenorrhea after the insertion of a copper intrauterine device;
• convulsive-like precordial pain.

• диарея, относящаяся к синдромам, похожим на холеру, и характеризующаяся резкими кишечными спазмами;
• кишечная колика с очень резкими болями;
• икота, спазмы глотки, при которых улучшение наступает, если пациент выпьет холодной воды;
• младенческие колики, сопровождающиеся икотой.
Оториноларингология и пульмонология
• спазмы голосовой щели, спазмы при рыдании, бронхоспазмы, астматический статус, соответствующие характерным свойствам лекарственного средства;
• коклюшеподобные приступы кашля.
Неврология
• спазмы лица, судорожные подергивания лица, пальпебральная миоклония;
• судорожные состояния, начинающиеся со сгибания больших пальцев к ладоням и постепенно распространяющиеся к основаниям конечностей и лицу.
Прочие показания
• судороги икроножных мышц по ночам, особенно у беременных женщин и пожилых пациентов;
• альгоменорея после установки внутриматочной спирали из меди;
• судорожноподобные прекардиальные боли.
