Peptic ulcer disease of the stomach and duodenum in the acute phase; acute pancreatitis; acute necrotizing pancreatitis.

How to use
The drug is administered intramuscularly or intravenously.
In cases of exacerbation of gastric and duodenal ulcers, the single dose is 1-2 mg, with a maximum daily dose of 5 mg. The treatment course lasts 3-4 weeks. The total dose for the treatment course is 30-50 mg.
In acute pancreatitis, the drug is administered intravenously at a dose of 2 mg, followed by 5 mg 1-2 times a day. The treatment course lasts 4-6 days.
In pancreatic necrosis, it is administered intravenously at a dose of 5 mg 3-4 times a day (every 6-8 hours). The treatment course lasts from 2 to 6 days.

Препарат вводят внутримышечно или внутривенно.
При обострениях язвенной болезни желудка и двенадцатиперстной кишки разовая доза 1-2 мг, высшая суточная - 5 мг. Курс лечения 3-4 недели. Общая доза на курс лечения составляет 30-50 мг.
При остром панкреатите препарат вводят внутривенно в дозе 2 мг, затем по 5 мг 1-2 раза в сутки. Курс лечения 4-6 дней.
При панкреанекрозе вводят внутривенно по 5 мг 3-4 раза в сутки (через 6-8 часов). Курс лечения от 2 до 6 дней.

Active ingredient:
Dalarhin (Tyrosyl-D-alanylglycyl-phenylalanylleucyl-arginine diacetate [calculated as tyrosyl-D-alanylglycyl-phenylalanylleucyl-arginine]) - 1 mg
Excipients:
Sodium chloride - 9 mg
Water for injections - up to 1 ml
1 M acetic acid solution - to pH 5.0-7.0
Clear, colorless liquid. A vinegar-like odor is permissible.

Pharmacology
Synthetic hexapeptide, a leucine-enkephalin analog. It suppresses proteolysis and promotes the healing of gastric and duodenal ulcers. It has moderate antisecretory activity, reducing gastric juice acidity.
It suppresses the external secretion of the pancreas in response to various stimuli (food, secretin, etc.). In experiments with pancreatic damage, the drug has been shown to reduce hyperfermentemia, limit necrotic areas, and promote their replacement with healthy tissue, weakening the synthesis of proteolytic enzymes by the pancreas.
It has a slight hypotensive effect.

Синтетический гексапептид, аналог лейцинэнкефалина. Подавляет протеолиз и способствует заживлению язв желудка и двенадцатиперстной кишки. Обладает умеренной антисекреторной активностью, снижает кислотность желудочного сока.
Подавляет внешнюю секрецию поджелудочной железы в ответ на различные раздражители (пища, секретин и др.). При поражении поджелудочной железы в эксперименте показано, что препарат уменьшает гиперферментемию, ограничивает очаги некроза и способствует их замещению полноценной тканью, ослабляет синтез протеолитических ферментов поджелудочной железой.
Обладает незначительным гипотензивным действием.
