How to use
Pour 1 teaspoon (2g) into 1 glass (200 ml) of hot water, infuse in a water bath for 15 minutes, strain, and take 1/2 glass (100 ml) of the infusion 2 times a day during meals.

Dandelion roots are used to stimulate appetite, as a choleretic agent, for chronic constipation, in allergic diseases, gout, spleen diseases, nephrolithiasis, flatulence, hemorrhoids, pancreatitis, cystitis, furunculosis, and avitaminosis, for obesity, diabetes mellitus, and helminthic invasion. Dandelion roots are applied in rheumatism, lymphatic system issues, as a mild laxative, diuretic, sudorific, and calming agent. Dandelion enhances milk production in nursing women and also contributes to the improved nutrition of the heart muscle.

Корни одуванчика используются для возбуждения аппетита, как желчегонное средство, при хронических запорах, при аллергических заболеваниях, подагре, болезнях селезенки, при почечнокаменной болезни, метеоризме, при геморрое, панкреатите, цистите, фурункулезе и авитаминозе, при ожирении, сахарном диабете, при глистной инвазии. Корни одуванчика применяются при ревматизме, проблемах лимфатической системы, как легкое слабительное, мочегонное, потогонное и успокаивающее средство.
