How to use

Pull out a thread 30-40 cm long, and while keeping it taut, insert it into the interproximal space, gently lowering it until it contacts the gum. Make several movements, gliding along the surface of the tooth towards the cutting edge of the tooth. Repeat similar movements in other interproximal spaces, constantly moving the thread and using a clean section of the thread.

A possible cause of thread breakage or fraying may be caries on the surface of the tooth or a defect in the filling. Please consult your dentist for advice.

Вытянуть нить длиной 30-40 см, в натянутом состоянии ввести в межзубный промежуток, осторожно опустить до контакта с десной. Произвести несколько движений, скользя по поверхности зуба в направлении к режущему краю зуба. Повторить аналогичные движения в других межзубных промежутках, постоянно перемещая нить и используя чистый участок нити.
