How to use
Testing procedure:
Detailed instructions for performing the test are provided in the Diacont user manual and accompanying inserts.
Storage and handling:
Store the vial with test strips in a dry, cool place at a temperature not exceeding 40℃.
Avoid exposure to direct sunlight and heat.
Do not store in the refrigerator.
Keep test strips exclusively in the original case; do not transfer them to another case or container.
After removing one Diacont strip from the case, immediately close the lid tightly.
Use the strip immediately after removing it from the case.
Once you have opened the package, mark the expiration date on the label.
Unused test strips should be discarded six months after opening the case.
Do not use strips after the expiration date indicated on the package.
Do not bend, cut, or perform any other manipulations with Diacont test strips.

Хранение и обращение:
Храните флакон с тест-полосками в сухом прохладном месте при температуре не выше 40℃.
Не допускайте воздействия прямого солнечного света и тепла.
Не храните в холодильнике.
Храните тест-полоски исключительно в оригинальном футляре,не перекладывайте их в другой футляр или контейнер.
Вынув из футляра одну полоску Diacont, немедленно плотно закройте крышку.
Используйте полоску сразу после того, как вы вынули ее из футляра.
Как только вы открыли упаковку, пометьте на этикетке срок годности.
Через шесть месяцев после того, как вы открыли футляр, следует выбросить неиспользованные тест-полоски.
Не используйте полоски после истечения указанного на упаковке срока годности.
Не сгибайте, не разрезайте на части и не проделывайте никаких других манипуляций с тест-полосками Diacont.

Pharmacology
Diacont test strips are designed for use with the Diacont blood glucose monitoring system.
• The method of layered application of enzymatic layers on the test strip allows for minimal measurement error.
• Diacont test strips comply with ISO 15197 quality standards and GMP.
• Measurement accuracy was determined at the Institute for Diabetes Technology GmbH at the University of Ulm (IDT), Helmholtzstrasse 20, D-89081 ULM, Germany.
- At blood glucose concentrations 4.2 mmol/L, the deviation from the true value was 5% in 58% of cases, 10% in 78% of cases, 15% in 96% of cases, and 20% in 100% of cases.
• Store the strips at a temperature between 4 and 30 °C.
• Keep the strips in the original vial. After removing a strip from the vial, immediately close the lid tightly.
• Wash and dry your hands thoroughly before using the strips.
• Do not use test strips after the expiration date. The expiration date is indicated on the vial label and on the box of test strips.
• When moving the device and/or strips from one temperature condition to another, wait 20 minutes for them to adapt to the new temperature before performing blood glucose testing.
• Test strips are for single use only. Do not reuse them.
• After opening the box of test strips, ensure that the vial lid is securely closed. If the lid is not closed, do not use the test strips. Check the product for missing, damaged, or torn parts.
Diacont test strips are used with the Diacont glucometer to determine the amount of glucose in whole blood.
Fast analysis result – 6 seconds.
A small drop of blood (0.7 microliters) is sufficient.
The capillary test strip automatically draws in blood.
The control field on the test strip helps determine when there is enough blood on the strip.
Diacont test strips do not require coding.
Application:
The Diacont glucometer is calibrated to plasma blood, and the results are comparable to laboratory results.
Before using the glucometer, carefully read the instructions.

• Использована методика послойного нанесения ферментативных слоев тест-полоски, что позволяет добиться минимальной погрешности измерения.
• Тест-полоски Diacont соответствуют системе качества ISO 15197 и GMP.
• Точность измерения определялась в Institute fur Diabetes Technologie GmbH an der Universitat Ulm (IDT), Helmholtzstrasse 20, D-89081 ULM, Germany.

• При перемещении прибора и (или) полосок из одних температурных условий в другие подождите 20 минут, чтобы они адаптировались к новой температуре, прежде чем выполнять тестирование уровня глюкозы в крови.
• Тестовые полоски предназначены для однократного применения. Не используйте их повторно.
• Открыв коробку с тестовыми полосками, убедитесь в том, что крышка флакона надежно закрыта. Если крышка не закрыта, не используйте тестовые полоски. Проверьте изделие на предмет отсутствующих, поврежденных или порванных деталей.
Тест-полоски Diacont применяются с глюкометром Diacont для определения количества глюкозы в цельной крови.
Быстрый результат анализа – 6 секунд.
Достаточно небольшой капли крови (0,7 микролитрa).
Капиллярная тест полоска сама втягивает кровь.
Контрольное поле на тест-полоске помогает определить, когда крови на полоске достаточно.
Тест-полоски Diacont не требуют кодирование.
Применение:
Глюкометр Diacont калиброван по плазме крови, результаты сопоставимы с лабораторными.
