How to use

About 10 g (2 tablespoons) of the fruit is placed in an enamel container, poured with 200 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, covered with a lid, and heated in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, then cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, strained, and the remaining raw material is squeezed. The volume of the resulting infusion is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.
Take orally in warm form, 1/3 cup 3-4 times a day.

Около 10 г (2 столовые ложки) плодов помещают в эмалированную посуду, заливают 200 мл (1 стакан) кипятка, закрывают крышкой и нагревают на кипящей водяной бане в течение 15 минут, охлаждают при комнатной температуре 45 минут, процеживают, оставшееся сырье отжимают. Объем полученного настоя доводят кипяченой водой до 200 мл.
Принимают внутрь в теплом виде по 1/3 стакана 3-4 раза в день.

Characteristics
Fruits of fragrant dill contain furanocoumarins, pyranocoumarin, essential oil, flavonoids, fatty oil, sugars, fiber, carotene.

Individual mericarps (mericarps), less commonly whole fruits, measuring 3-7 mm in length and 1.5-4 mm in width. The mericarp is broadly elliptical, slightly convex on the dorsal side and flat on the inner side. The color of the fruits is greenish-brown or brown, with the ribs being yellowish-brown. The smell is strong and aromatic. The taste of the aqueous extract is sweet-spicy, somewhat pungent.

Отдельные полуплодики (мерикарпии), реже цельные плоды длиной 3-7 мм, шириной 1,5-4 мм. Мерикарпий широкоэллиптический, слабовыпуклый на спинной стороне и плоский - на внутренней.
