Indications
Rhinitis in acute respiratory infections (ARI) and acute respiratory viral infections (ARVI), allergic rhinitis, atrophic rhinitis, hypertrophic rhinitis, vasomotor rhinitis, sinusitis (maxillary sinusitis, frontal sinusitis, ethmoiditis), adenoiditis; prevention of influenza and ARVI, preparation for surgeries and rehabilitation after surgeries in the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses.
The device is also used for the prevention of these diseases and for rinsing the nasopharynx for hygienic purposes.

How to use
5 ASSEMBLY AND PREPARATION FOR USE
The device consists of a liquid container, a tube, a nozzle, and a dosing cap.
Before first use, disassemble the device and wash its parts in warm soapy water or in a solution of drinking soda (2 teaspoons of soda per glass of water), rinse under running water, and dry.
5.1 Pour 120 ml of boiled drinking water (water temperature 34-36° C) into the device's container.
5.2 Empty the contents of the packet into the device's container. Screw the container with the cap, and shake until the solution is completely dissolved. The solution is ready for use.
5.3 If the child has nasal congestion due to a runny nose, it is necessary to instill vasoconstrictor drops into the nose or perform aroma inhalation with the "Dolphin" nasal inhaler before the procedure. After one to two minutes, the nasal rinsing procedure can be performed.
5.4 Explain to the child the purpose and meaning of the nasal rinsing procedure.

6 METHOD OF APPLICATION
6.1 Nasal rinsing
6.1.1 Help the child lean forward at a right angle.
6.1.2 Ask the child to take a deep breath, hold their breath, open their mouth during the procedure, and tightly place the device's cap against the rinsing nostril. After that, the child should gently and slowly squeeze the container with minimal pressure. The solution will evenly fill the rinsing side of the nose and flow out through the other nostril. If some of the solution enters the mouth during the procedure, ask the child to spit it out. Swallowing the solution is not recommended.
6.1.3 When the solution stops flowing from the other nostril, ask the child to remove the device from the nose without releasing the container, close their mouth, and start breathing. After that, they can release their fingers. To remove any remaining solution from the nose, ask the child to blow their nose while keeping their head in the same position and their mouth slightly open.
6.1.4 Without changing body and head position, similarly control the rinsing of the opposite side of the nose.
6.1.5 Rinse the left and right sides of the nose alternately until the solution in the container is finished.
6.1.6 For the final removal of any remaining solution and mucus from the nasal passages, ask the child to squeeze the empty container, take a deep breath, hold their breath, and close their mouth. The child should tightly place the device's cap against the right nostril, closing the left nostril with a finger of the free hand. Then, they need to release the container, allowing it to expand. The procedure for removing any remaining solution and mucus from the left nostril is performed in the same way. The head can be raised only after the procedure is completed.
Use only freshly prepared solution for rinsing!

5 СБОРКА И ПОДГОТОВКА К РАБОТЕ
Устройство состоит из емкости для жидкости, трубки, насадки и крышки-дозатора.
Перед первым применением разберите устройство и промойте его детали в теплом мыльном растворе или в растворе питьевой соды (2 чайные ложки соды на
стакан воды), ополосните в проточной воде, просушите.
5.1 Налейте в емкость устройства 120 мл кипяченой питьевой воды (температура воды 34-36° С).
5.2 Высыпьте содержимое пакетика в емкость устройства. Закрутите емкость
крышкой, взболтайте до полного растворения средства. Раствор готов к применению.
5.3 Если у ребенка из-за насморка нарушена проходимость носовых ходов и затруднено носовое дыхание, то перед процедурой необходимо закапать в нос сосудосуживающие капли или провести аромаингаляцию ингалятором для носа
«Долфин». Через одну-две минуты после этого можно проводить процедуру промывания носоглотки.
5.4 Объясните ребенку значение и смысл процедуры промывания носоглотки.
Внимание! Ребенок должен выполнять процедуру промывания носа самостоятельно.
6 СПОСОБ ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ
6.1 Промывание носа
6.1.1 Помогите ребенку наклониться вперед под прямым углом.
6.1.2 Попросите ребенка глубоко вдохнуть, задержать дыхание, открыть рот на время проведения процедуры, плотно приложить крышку устройства к промываемой
ноздре. После этого ребенок должен плавно, медленно с минимальным давлением сжимать емкость. При этом раствор равномерно заполняет промываемую половину носа и вытекает наружу через другую ноздрю. Если во время процедуры часть
раствора попала в рот, попросите ребенка сплюнуть раствор. Не рекомендуется глотать раствор.
6.1.3 Когда раствор перестанет вытекать из другой ноздри, попросите ребенка не разжимая емкость, отнять устройство от носа, закрыть рот и начать дышать. После этого можно разжать пальцы. Для удаления остатков раствора из носа, попросите ребенка, не меняя положения головы, высморкаться, держа рот приоткрытым.
6.1.4 Не меняя положение тела и головы, аналогичным способом проконтролируйте промывание противоположной половины носа.
6.1.5 Промывайте по очереди левую и правую половины носа, пока не закончится раствор в емкости.
6.1.6 Для окончательного удаления из носовых ходов остатков раствора и слизи попросите ребенка сжать пустую емкость устройства, глубоко вдохнуть, задержать дыхание, закрыть рот. Ребенку следует плотно приложить крышку устройства к правой ноздре, закрыв левую ноздрю пальцем свободной руки. Затем нужно разжать емкость, при этом емкость расправится. Также выполняется процедура удаления остатков раствора и слизи из левой ноздри. Голову можно поднять только после завершения процедуры.
Используйте только свежеприготовленный раствор средства для промывания!

7 MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
7.1 After use, disassemble the device. Rinse the device parts with warm water and detergent, then rinse under running water at least three times, wipe, and dry.
7.2 Store the device in a polyethylene film bag or in a cardboard box.

1 BASIC INFORMATION ABOUT THE DEVICE
1.1 The individual otorhinolaryngological rinsing device "DOLPHIN," with a capacity of 120 ml, supplied with rinsing agents (hereinafter referred to as the device), is intended for the prevention and treatment of ENT diseases through rinsing with a solution made using a rinsing agent produced according to technical specifications TU 9444-003-39151933-2008.
1.2 The device is classified as a personal use product.
1.3 The device is approved for use in both medical and preventive institutions as well as in home settings.
1.4 It should be disposed of as household waste.
2 TECHNICAL DATA
2.1 The volume of liquid to be filled is no more than 140 ml.
2.2 Dimensions: outer diameter - 50 mm, height - 130 mm.
