Lecithin is a vital and essential nutrient for the brain and the strengthening of the nervous system.
It participates in the formation of cell membranes and is a component of nervous tissue; it forms the basis of the myelin sheath of nerve cells and fibers. It is involved in many vital biological processes and functions in the body. Lecithin ensures normal fat metabolism, improves brain and cardiovascular system function, aids in the absorption of vitamins A, D, E, and K, increases the body's resistance to toxic substances, stimulates bile secretion, and the formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin. All cells in the body require lecithin, which is part of the B vitamin complex and helps produce energy.
