The components of the complex support the nervous system during increased psycho-emotional stress, contribute to the normalization of sleep, and have a positive effect on the functioning of the cardiovascular and muscular systems.

Nutritional and energy value: 2 capsules contain 0.6 kJ/0.1 kcal, fats 0 g, proteins 0 g, carbohydrates 0 g.
Instructions for patients with diabetes: does not contain bread units.
Magnesium bisglycinate (chelated form):
• has a mild calming effect, positively influences emotional state, allows for better coping with stress and anxiety, and contributes to the normalization of sleep.

Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) - water-soluble vitamin.
Facilitates the absorption of magnesium, its penetration and retention in the body's cells. Participates as a coenzyme in more than 100 enzymatic reactions of metabolism, as well as supporting the function of the nervous system and mood, being a coenzyme in the metabolism of neurotransmitters.
