Appearance and properties: Round, flat-cylindrical or biconvex tablets, ranging from greenish to brown in color, with a characteristic odor.
1 tablet contains (on average): 132 mg of glycine, 19 mg of flavonol glycosides.
When consuming the supplement in the recommended amount (4 tablets), an adult's body receives 528 mg of glycine (15% of the ADI*), 76 mg of flavonol glycosides (253% of the ADI*/**)
