The consumption of 6 dragees per day meets the daily requirement of the human body for:
- Vitamin C by at least 115% (at least 69.3 mg)
- Vitamin E by at least 150% (at least 15 mg)
- Selenium by at least 100% (at least 70 mcg);
- Adequate intake of hydroxycinnamic acids (calculated as chicory) by at least 33% (at least 3.3 mg).
Nutritional value (average values) per 100 g/0.52 g (2 dragees):

- Fats - 0 g,
- Carbohydrates - 85 g/0.4 g,
- Vitamin C, at least - 4.442 g/0.0231 g,
- Vitamin E, at least - 0.961 g/0.005 g,
