Indications

Способствуют оказанию антимикробной активности по отношению к патогенным и условно- патогенным микроорганизмам, антитоксическому действию в отношении бактериальных цито- и энтеровирусов, повышению ферментативной функции кишечника, предотвращению и устранению симптомов острой диареи, интоксикации, а также нормализации консистенции каловых масс, созданию благоприятных условий для восстановления полезной микрофлоры пищеварительного тракта.
How to use
Take orally during meals, with warm water.
• For children from 1 year and adults: 1 capsule 2 times a day;
In case of difficulty swallowing capsules, the contents of the capsule can be dissolved in water, yogurt, or milk.
Duration of intake: 5-10 days. If necessary, the intake can be repeated. In cases of traveler's diarrhea, the duration of the dietary supplement intake should correspond to the duration of the trip.
The intake of the dietary supplement in cases of acute diarrhea must be accompanied by rehydration [ample drinking].

В случае затрудненного глотания капсул, можно растворить содержимое капсулы в воде, йогурте, молоке.
Продолжительность приема 5-10 дней. При необходимости прием можно повторить. При диарее путешественников продолжительность приема БАД по дням соответствует продолжительности путешествия.
Прием БАД в случае острой диареи обязательно должен сопровождаться регидратацией [обильным питьём].

Pharmacology
Enterostim is a safe probiotic for improving conditions associated with diarrhea, thanks to the beneficial bacteria Saccharomyces boulardii. It helps prevent and improve conditions related to diarrhea of any etiology in adults and children from 1 year of age, including dysbiosis of the intestines.
Additional information. Diarrhea is a common and quite unpleasant companion of various intestinal disorders. Many remedies have been proposed to improve conditions associated with diarrhea, among the most interesting are probiotic microorganisms, due to their safety for the body's own microflora. In 1923, French microbiologist Henry Boulard discovered unique yeast bacteria that not only contribute to antimicrobial and antitoxin effects but also improve the restoration of intestinal microflora, continuing their action even at elevated temperatures, unlike other probiotics. This strain of bacteria was named after Henry Boulard as Saccharomyces boulardii. Since then, Saccharomyces boulardii has been actively used worldwide to improve conditions associated with diarrhea. Saccharomyces boulardii are probiotic organisms that act in the gastrointestinal tract as microorganisms that help reduce the symptoms of diarrhea. Saccharomyces boulardii have been studied in various models during in vitro and in vivo research, as well as in preclinical and clinical studies, showing that the probiotic:
• helps suppress pathogenic and opportunistic microorganisms, due to antagonistic effects against pathogenic and opportunistic microorganisms: Clostridium difficile, Candida albicans, Candida krusei, Candida pseudotropicalis, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella typhimurium, Yersinia enterocolitica, Escherichia coli, Shigella dysenteriae, Staphylococcus aureus, and others, as well as Entamoeba histolytica and Lamblia;
• contributes to antitoxin effects against bacterial cyto- and enterotoxins;
• supports the enzymatic function of the intestines;
• the component of the cell wall of Saccharomyces boulardii, mannitol, serves as a substrate for pathogenic strains of Escherichia coli and Salmonella typhimurium, which facilitates their adhesion to the surface of Saccharomyces boulardii and subsequent elimination from the body. Saccharomyces boulardii is not a eubiotic and is not part of the microflora of a healthy human body. Saccharomyces boulardii is not absorbed in the intestines, passing through the digestive tract unchanged, without colonization. The concentration of Saccharomyces boulardii in the intestines is maintained at a constant level during the period of use of the dietary supplement. Saccharomyces boulardii is completely eliminated from the body within 2-5 days after discontinuation of the dietary supplement.

Диарея - это нередкий и весьма неприятный спутник различных нарушений работы кишечника. Для улучшения состояния при диарее было предложено немало средств, одними из самых интересных являются пробиотические микроорганизмы, благодаря их безопасности для собственной микрофлоры организма.
В 1923 году французский микробиолог Анри Булар [Henry Boulard] открыл уникальные дрожжевые бактерии, которые способствуют не только антимикробным и антитоксинным эффектам, но и улучшают восстановление микрофлоры кишечника, не прекращая своего действия даже при повышенных температурах, в отличие от других пробиотиков. Этот штамм бактерий был назван в честь Анри Булара сахаромицетами Буларди (Saccharomyces boulardii). С тех пор сахаромицеты Буларди активно используются для улучшения состояния при диарее во всем мире.
Saccharomyces boulardii являются пробиотическими организмами и действуют в желудочно-кишечном тракте как микроорганизмы, способствующие уменьшению симптомов диареи.
Saccharomyces boulardii изучали на различных моделях в ходе исследований in vitro и in vivo, а также в ходе доклинических и клинических исследований, показавших, что пробиотик:
• способствует подавлению патогенных и условно-патогенных микроорганизмов, благодаря антагонистическим эффектам в отношении патогенных и условно-патогенных микроорганизмов: Clostridium difficile, Candida albicans, Candida krusei, Candida pseudotropicalis, Klebsiella pneumoniaex, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella typhimurium, Yersinia enterocolitica, Escherichia coli, Shigella dysenteriae, Staphylococcus aureus и других, а также Entamoeba histolytica и Lambliae;
• способствует антитоксинным эффектам в отношении бактериальных цито- и энтеротоксинов;
• поддерживает ферментативную функцию кишечника;
• компонент клеточной стенки Saccharomyces boulardii, маннитол, является субстратом для патогенных штаммов Escherichia coli и Salmonella typhimurium, что обусловливает их адгезию [прикрепление] к поверхности Saccharomyces boulardii и последующее выведение из организма.
Saccharomyces boulardii не является эубиотикам, не входит в состав микрофлоры здорового организма человека. Saccharomyces boulardii не всасывается в кишечнике, проходит через пищеварительный тракт в неизменном виде, без колонизации. Концентрация Saccharomyces boulardii в кишечнике поддерживается на постоянном уровне в течение периода применения БАД. Saccharomyces boulardii полностью выводится из организма в течение 2-5 дней после прекращения приема биологически активной добавки к пище [БАД].
