How to use
Adults should take 1 tablespoon (15 ml) 3 times a day with meals. Shake well before use.

Erkafarm Althea Syrup for Oral Use.
Althea Syrup is used in combination therapy for inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract, accompanied by dry or wet cough with difficult-to-expectorate sputum.
It thins mucus in the bronchi, facilitates its expulsion, softens, and reduces pain in respiratory inflammation and mucosal edema.
The roots of Althea contain a large amount of mucilaginous substances, which coat the mucous membranes in the body, covering them with a thin layer and thus protecting them from irritation. The formation of a film of plant mucus on the surface of the mucous membrane of the upper respiratory tract not only provides a pronounced therapeutic effect but also contributes to a longer local action of other medications. It increases the body's resistance to adverse factors and infections. Althea has a coating, soothing, expectorant, and anti-inflammatory effect.
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) - a water-soluble vitamin with pronounced antioxidant properties. Ascorbic acid helps strengthen the immune system.
When taking the dietary supplement in the recommended amounts (45 ml per day), the body will receive:
Tannins (calculated as tannin) 31.8 mg
Polysaccharides 382.5 mg
Vitamin C 35 mg

Эркафарм Алтея Сироп для приема внутрь.
Сироп Алтея применяется в комплексной терапии при воспалительных заболеваниях дыхательных путей, сопровождающихся сухим или влажным кашлем с трудноотделяемой мокротой.
Разжижает мокроту в бронхах, облегчает ее отхождение, смягчает и снижает боль при воспалении дыхательных путей и отеке слизистых оболочек.
Корни алтея содержат большое количество слизистых веществ благодаря этому происходит обволакивание слизистых оболочек в организме, покрывая их тонким слоем и тем самым защищая от раздражения. Образование пленки из растительной слизи на поверхности слизистой оболочки верхних дыхательных путей дает не только выраженный лечебный эффект, но и способствует более длительному местному воздействию других лекарственных препаратов. Повышает устойчивость организма к воздействию неблагоприятных факторов и инфекций. Алтей оказывает обволакивающее, смягчающее, отхаркивающее, противовоспалительное действие.
Аскорбиновая кислота (Витамин С) - водорастворимый витамин обладает выраженными антиоксидантными свойствами. Аскорбиновая кислота способствует укреплению иммунитета.
При употреблении БАД в рекомендованных количествах (45 мл в день) в организм будет поступать:
Дубильные вещества (в пересчете на танин) 31,8 мг
Полисахариды 382,5 мг
Витамин С 35 мг
