How to use
Pour 1 tablespoon of the herb with 1 cup (200 ml) of boiling water, steep for 5-10 minutes, and strain. Adults should take 1/2 cup twice a day. The duration of intake is at least 1 month. If necessary, the course of intake can be repeated.
