How to use

Locally. The tablets should be dissolved completely (within 15-30 minutes after a meal). After taking the tablets, refrain from drinking and eating for 3 hours.
Adults: 4-5 tablets (0.04-0.05 g) per day.
Children: from 3 to 7 years old, 3 tablets (0.03 g) per day.
Treatment course: 3-4 days.

Местно. Таблетки следует рассасывать до полного растворения (через 15-30 минут после еды). После применения таблеток следует воздержаться в течение 3 часов от питья и приема пищи.
Взрослым: по 4-5 таблеток (0,04-0,05 г) в сутки.
Детям: от 3 до 7 лет 3 таблетки (0.03 г) в сутки.
Курс лечения 3-4 дня.

Composition

Each lemon-flavored lozenge contains:
Active ingredient: ambazone monohydrate 10.0 mg.
Excipients: sucrose 745.0 mg; lactose monohydrate 150.0 mg; cocoa bean powder 25.0 mg; povidone K-30 50.0 mg; lemon flavoring 10.0 mg; stearic acid 10.0 mg.

Round, flat-cylindrical tablets, beveled at the edge, brown in color with intact edges and engraved with "L" on one side. The presence of light and dark speckles is permitted.

Каждая таблетка для рассасывания со вкусом лимона содержит:
Действующее вещество: амбазона моногидрат 10,0 мг.
Вспомогательные вещества: сахароза 745,0 мг, лактозы моногидрат 150,0 мг, какао-бобов порошок 25,0 мг, повидон К-30 50,0 мг, ароматизатор лимонный 10,0 мг, стеариновая кислота 10,0 мг.

Круглые, плоскоцилиндрические, скошенные к краю таблетки, коричневого цвета с неповрежденными краями и гравировкой «L» на одной стороне. Допускается наличие светлых и темных вкраплений.

Contraindications & warnings

Increased sensitivity to ambazon and other components of the drug; lactose intolerance, fructose intolerance, sucrose/isomaltase deficiency, glucose-galactose malabsorption, lactase deficiency; age under 3 years.

Do not use the medication if there is increased individual sensitivity to any component of the product.
The medication is not recommended for patients with hereditary intolerance to sucrose and lactose.
Increasing the dosage does not provide a greater clinical effect.
If symptoms persist or if there is an increase in body temperature or headache, consult a doctor.

Повышенная чувствительность к амбазону и другим компонентам препарата; непереносимость лактозы, фруктозы, дефицит сахаразы/изомальтазы, глюкозо-галактозная мальабсорбция, дефицит лактазы; детский возраст до 3 лет.

Не следует использовать препарат при наличии повышенной индивидуальной чувствительности к любому компоненту, входящему в состав препарата.
Препарат не рекомендуется применять пациентам с наследственной непереносимостью сахарозы и лактозы.
Увеличение дозы не оказывает большего клинического эффекта.
При сохранении симптомов или при появлении повышения температуры тела или головной боли следует обратиться к врачу.

Side effects, overdose & interactions

Allergic reactions to the components of the medication, skin rash.

If any of the side effects listed in the instructions worsen, or if you notice any other side effects not listed in the instructions, inform your doctor.

Cases of ambazone overdose are unknown. There is no antidote. Possible overdose may lead to gastrointestinal discomfort symptoms. In the event of excessive dosage, gastric lavage is recommended.

No clinically significant interactions with other medications have been identified.

Если любые из указанных в инструкции побочных эффектов усугубляются, или Вы заметили любые другие побочные эффекты, нс указанные в инструкции, сообщите об этом врачу.

Случаи передозировки амбазона неизвестны. Антидота нет. Возможная передозировка может привести к симптомам дискомфорта со стороны желудочно-кишечного тракта. При применении чрезмерной дозы рекомендуется промыть желудок.

Клинически значимых взаимодействий с другими препаратами не выявлено.

The optimal therapeutic concentration in saliva is achieved on the 3rd to 4th day of taking the medication at a dose of 0.03-0.05 g/day.
