How to use
Directions for use
For cosmetic or perfumery purposes, fir oil is used to enrich creams, gels, rinses, and tonics (4-5 drops per 5 g of base).
Fir oil is used for rubbing, compresses, baths (6-7 drops of fir oil), inhalations, and more. For rubbing, use 10 drops of fir oil per 10 g of fatty base (neuralgia, arthritis, and osteoarthritis, during intense physical exertion); massage (6-7 drops per 10 g of base vegetable oil).
External rubbing after taking a hot bath with fir oil in areas of severe pain helps with radiculitis, myositis, as well as with cold polyarthritis and erindoculitis.
In case of influenza, rub the oil on hands and feet every 5-6 hours. Do not use more than 5-6 g of fir oil.
Fir oil is used for deodorizing and disinfecting the air, as well as for aromatherapy sessions (4-5 drops).
In sports practice, fir oil is used as a warming massage component for muscle and tendon strains.

Способ применения
В косметических или парфюмерных целях пихтовое масло применяют для обогащения кремов, гелей, ополаскивателей, тоников (4-5 капель на 5 г основы).
Пихтовое масло применяют для втираний, компрессов, ванн (6-7 капель пихтового масла), ингаляций и др. Для растираний применяют 10 капель пихтового масла на 10 г жировой основы (невралгии, артриты и остеоартроз, при сильной физической нагрузке); массаж (6-7 капель на 10 г базисного растительного масла).
Наружное втирание после принятия горячей ванны пихтового масла в области сильных болевых ощущений помогает при радикулите, миозите, а также при простудном полиартрите и эриндокулите.
При гриппе натирают маслом руки и ноги через каждые 5-6 часов. Используется не более 5-6 г пихтового масла.
Пихтовое масло используется для дезодорации и обеззараживания воздуха, а также для сеансов ароматерапии (4-5 капель).
В спортивной практике пихтовое масло применяют в качестве согревающего массажного компонента, при растяжении мышц и сухожилий.
