Cod liver oil is one of the most bioavailable and well-absorbed sources of Omega-3.
In addition to Omega-3 fatty acids, cod liver is rich in vitamins A and D.
Omega-3 fatty acids have been widely studied for their health benefits. According to the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Omega-3s found in various types of fish oil are effective in preventing cardiovascular diseases.
Due to the high content of vitamin D in cod liver, this product is recommended for the prevention of musculoskeletal diseases, especially for women in postmenopause.
