Pharmacology
FULFLEX - Dietary supplement (BAA) for elevated uric acid levels in the blood.
Disruption of purine metabolism leads to increased concentrations of uric acid in the blood and urine, formation of urate crystals, and their deposition in soft tissues, including in the joints of the upper and lower extremities.
Deposits of uric acid crystals (urates) form subcutaneous nodular formations - tophi.
Tophi can become infected, cause pain, and lead to decreased joint function.
The recommended daily intake of Fulfex (1 capsule) contains:
Harpagosides - 3 mg (15% of the adequate intake level)
Rutin - 4.5 mg (15% of the adequate intake level)
Vitamin B2 - 3.6 mg (225% of the recommended daily intake level (does not exceed the upper limit of intake).
The extract of devil's claw contains many biologically active compounds. Devil's claw has a long history of traditional use and is most commonly used for back pain, muscle pain, and joint pain. (1)
Harpagoside from devil's claw suppresses the production and release of pro-inflammatory cytokines from macrophages, inhibits the expression of cyclooxygenase type 2 and NO synthase in fibroblasts, and slows the development of lipid peroxidation, leading to the suppression of the inflammatory response and the development of an analgesic effect. (2)
The capsules of "Fulfex" contain standardized extract of Devil's Claw (Harpagophytum procumbens, cat's claw, tiger's claw, ice plant, devil's claw), extract of white willow bark, and rutin.
The active components of "Fulfex" capsules contribute to the reduction of inflammation in the joints, alleviation of swelling in the joints, and reduction of unpleasant and painful sensations in the joints.

ФУЛФЛЕКС - Биологически активная добавка (БАД) к пище - при повышенном содержание мочевой кислоты в крови.
Нарушение пуринового обмена приводит к повышению концентрации мочевой кислоты в крови и моче, образованию уратных кристаллов и их отложению в мягких тканях, в том числе в области суставов верхних и нижних конечностей.
Отложения кристаллов мочевой кислоты (ураты) формируют узелковые подкожные образования - тофусы.
Тофусы могут инфицироваться, вызывать боль и приводить к снижению функции сустава.
Рекомендуемый суточный прием Фулфлекс (1 капсула) содержит:
Гарпагозиды - 3 мг (15% от адекватного уровня потребления)
Рутин - 4,5 мг (15% от адекватного уровня потребления)
Витамин В2 -3,6 мг (225 % от рекомендуемого уровня суточного потребления (не превышает верхний допустимый уровень потребления).
Экстракт мартинии душистой содержит много биологически активных соединений. Мартиния имеет долгую историю традиционного использования и чаще всего используется при болях в спине, мышечных болях , а также болях в суставах.(1)
Гарпагозид мартинии подавляет образование и высвобождение из макрофагов провоспалительных цитокинов, ингибирует экспрессию циклооксигеназы 2-го типа и NO - синтазы в фибробластах и тормозит развитие перекисного окисления липидов, что приводит к подавлению воспалительной реакции и развитию обезболивающего эффекта. В составе капсул ""Фулфлекс"" стандартизированный экстракт Мартинии душистой (Harpagophytum procumbens, кошачий коготь, тигровый коготь , ледяное растение, коготь дьявола), экстракт коры белой ивы и рутин.
Активные компоненты капсул ""Фулфлекс"" способствуют уменьшению воспаления в суставах, снятию отечности в суставах и уменьшению неприятных и болезненных ощущений в суставах.

Description
Fulflex is a dietary supplement (BAA) for individuals with elevated uric acid levels in the blood. The capsules contain standardized extract of Harpagophytum procumbens, extract of white willow bark, and rutin. The active components of Fulflex capsules help reduce inflammation, alleviate swelling, and diminish unpleasant and painful sensations in the joints. Harpagoside from Harpagophytum procumbens contributes to the suppression of the inflammatory response and the development of an analgesic effect. White willow contains the glycoside salicin, tannins (complex organic compounds with anti-inflammatory and bactericidal properties), ascorbic acid, pectins, lignin, and anthocyanins.
Recommended for adults and children over 14 years of age: 1 capsule once a day during meals. Duration of intake is 1 month. If necessary, the intake can be repeated. It is advisable to consult a doctor before use.
