Pharmacology
Fulflex "MARTINIA FORTE EXTRACT" - contains 8 times more harpagosides from Martinia*, enhanced with luteolin.
Disruption of purine metabolism leads to increased concentration of uric acid in the blood and urine, formation of urate crystals, and their deposition in soft tissues, including in the joints of the upper and lower extremities. Deposits of uric acid crystals (urates) form subcutaneous nodular formations - tophi. Tophi can become infected, cause pain, and lead to decreased joint function.
In 2 capsules of "FULFLEX MARTINIA FORTE EXTRACT" there are biologically active substances:
50 mg of harpagosides (250% of the recommended daily intake, does not exceed the upper acceptable level of consumption)
20 mg of luteolin (200% of the recommended daily intake, does not exceed the upper acceptable level of consumption)
In cases of purine metabolism disorders, there is increased production of uric acid, which can be the cause of hyperuricuria and hyperuricemia. Asymptomatic hyperuricemia, gout, and urate form of urolithiasis are the most common forms of purine metabolism disorders. The clinical manifestation of sodium urate crystal deposition - gout - is most often observed in adults, especially men, in the form of arthritis. To exclude kidney damage by uric acid crystals (including for the prevention of urate urolithiasis), it is relevant to actively identify gout in the early stages to reduce hyperuricemia.
Diet plays a significant role in lowering uric acid levels. Potential sources of anti-gout compounds are phytochemicals from certain plants that have demonstrated effects in reducing urate levels in serum. Plants are increasingly used in traditional medicine for additional support in the treatment of gout.
Martinia Fragrant (Harpagophytum, "Devil's Claw") - studies show that the Martinia plant is rich in active substances with cholesterol-lowering, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and analgesic effects to support discomfort in joints, lower back pain, and gout. The intensity of the anti-inflammatory effect of the biologically active substances of Martinia is comparable to the effect of standard non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Harpagoside helps improve joint mobility and flexibility, reduce stiffness, decrease pain intensity, and reduce swelling and puffiness in inflamed joints.
Peanut (Arachis hypogaea L) - a source of luteolin (a flavonoid found in some plants). Plants rich in luteolin have traditionally been used to treat inflammatory diseases. According to studies, luteolin has the highest inhibitory activity among flavonoids against the enzyme xanthine oxidase, comparable to pharmaceuticals. It possesses anti-inflammatory activity by reducing the production of pro-inflammatory molecules (interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α), as well as antioxidant activity by binding free radicals. Luteolin reduces the production of the URAT1 transporter protein, which returns 90% of uric acid entering the kidneys back into our bloodstream. The reduction of uric acid content in liver tissue may be one of the mechanisms of luteolin's protective action. Luteolin also helps reduce tissue swelling caused by urate crystal deposition and restore kidney functions impaired by excessive uric acid levels.

Фулфлекс "МАРТИНИЯ ФОРТЕ ЭКСТРАКТ " - в 8 раз больше гарпагозидов мартинии*, усиленных лютеолином.
Нарушение пуринового обмена приводит к повышению концентрации мочевой кислоты в крови и моче, образованию уратных кристаллов и их отложению в мягких тканях, в том числе в области суставов верхних и нижних конечностей. Отложения кристаллов мочевой кислоты (ураты) формируют узелковые подкожные образования - тофусы. Тофусы могут инфицироваться, вызывать боль и приводить к снижению функции сустава.
В 2х капсулах "ФУЛФЛЕКС МАРТИНИЯ ФОРТЕ ЭКСТРАКТ содержится биологически активных веществ:
50 мг гарпагозидов (250% от рекомендуемого уровня суточного потребления, не превышает верхний допустимый уровень потребления)
20 мг лютеолина (200% от рекомендуемого уровня суточного потребления, не превышает верхний допустимый уровень потребления)
При нарушении пуринового обмена наблюдается повышенная выработка мочевой кислоты, которая может быть причиной гиперурикурии и гиперурикемии. Бессимптомная гиперурикемия, подагра и уратная форма мочекаменной болезни - наиболее частые формы нарушения пуринового обмена. Клиническое проявление отложения кристаллического урата натрия - подагра - чаще всего наблюдается у взрослых, особенно у мужчин, в виде артрита. Для исключения поражения почек кристаллами мочевой кислоты (в т.ч. и для профилактики уратной мочекаменной болезни) актуально активное выяление подагры на ранних стадиях для снижения гиперурикемии.
Диета играет немаловажную роль в снижении уровня мочевой кислота. Потенциальные источники противоподагрических соединений - фитохимические вещества некоторых растений, которые продемонстрировали эффекты в снижении содержания уратов в сыворотке крови. Растения всё чаще используются в народной медицине для дополнительной поддержки при лечении подагры.
Мартиния Душистая (Harpagophytum, "Коготь Дьявола") - исследования показывают, что растение Мартиния богато активными веществами с антихолестериновым, антиоксидантным, противовоспалительным и обезболивающим действием для поддержки при дискомфорте в суставах, боли в пояснице, подагре. Выраженность противовоспалительного действия биологически активных веществ мартинии сопоставима с эффектом стандартных нестероидных противовоспалительных препаратов (НПВП). Гарпагозид способствует улучшению подвижности и гибкости суставов, уменьшению ощущения скованности в них, снижению выраженности болевого синдрома, уменьшению отёков и припухлости в воспаленных суставах.
Арахис (Araсhis hyроgaea L) - источник лютеолина (флавоноид, встречающийся в некоторых растениях). Растения богатые лютеолином традиционно используются для лечения воспалительных заболеваний. По данным исследований лютеолин имеет самую высокую подавляющую активность среди флавоноидов в отношении фермента ксантиноксидазы, сопоставимую с лекарственными средствами. Обладает противовоспалительной активностью, снижая выработку провоспалительных молекул (интерлейкина-6 и фактора некроза опухолей-α), а также антиоксидантной активностью, связывая свободные радикалы. Лютеолин уменьшает выработку белка-переносчика URAT1, который возвращает в наш кровоток 90% мочевой кислоты, поступающей в почки. Снижение содержания мочевой кислоты в ткани печени может быть одним из механизмов защитного действия лютеолина. Также лютеолин способствует уменьшению отека тканей, вызванного отложением кристаллов уратов, и восстановлению функций почек, нарушенных избыточным уровнем мочевой кислоты.
