Indications
The first application should be performed after consulting a dentist or with their direct involvement. After that, to complete the course, the product is used by the consumer independently. Do not swallow! If the gel comes into contact with the gums and discomfort occurs, or if there is increased sensitivity of the teeth, remove the strips and rinse the mouth with warm water. Not intended for whitening fillings, veneers, and dental prostheses. In case of contact with skin, rinse the gel off with warm water. Do not reuse the same strip.

Первое применение должно выполняться после консультации стоматолога, либо с его непосредственным участием. После чего, для завершения курса, средство применяется потребителем самостоятельно. Не глотать! При попадании геля на десны и возникновении ощущения дискомфорта, либо при повышении чувствительности зубов снять полоски и прополоскать рот теплой водой. Не предназначены для отбеливания пломб, виниров и зубных протезов. При контакте с кожей смойте гель теплой водой. Не используйте одну и ту же полоску повторно.
How to use
Before use, brush your teeth. Open the sachet, separate the strip with the gel, and apply it to your teeth: a long strip for the upper teeth, a short strip for the lower teeth, taking care not to touch the gum line. Align the strip and press it firmly against the teeth. Keep it on the teeth for 30 minutes. Spit out the saliva that accumulates during the use of the strips. After the procedure, remove the strip and rinse your mouth with warm water. During use, refrain from eating, drinking, and smoking. Use once a day. Repeat the procedure until the desired result is achieved, but no more than 14 consecutive days. The break between courses depends on the duration of strip use. If a 14-day course is chosen, the next course is recommended to start no earlier than six months later. If a 7-day course is used, no earlier than 3-4 months later. For individual course planning, consult your dentist.

Перед применением почистите зубы. Откройте пакет-саше, отделите полоску с гелем и нанесите на зубы: длинную полоску - на верхние зубы, короткую - на нижние, стараясь не задевать линию десен. Выровняйте полоску и плотно прижмите ее к зубам. Удерживайте на зубах в течение 30 минут. Выделяющуюся во время использования полосок слюну необходимо сплевывать. По завершении процедуры снимите полоску и прополощите рот теплой водой. При применении следует воздержаться от приема пищи, напитков и курения. Использовать 1 раз в день. Повторять процедуру до достижения желаемого результата, но не более 14 дней подряд. Перерыв между курсами зависит от длительности использования полосок. При выборе курса применения 14 дней следующий курс рекомендуется начать не ранее, чем через полгода. При применении курса в 7 дней - не ранее, чем через 3-4 месяца. Для индивидуального планирования курсов проконсультируйтесь у своего стоматолога.
