1 capsule (daily dosage) contains:
Theanine — 200 mg;
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) — 2 mg.
Theanine easily crosses the blood-brain barrier and accumulates in brain tissue. It selectively increases levels of serotonin, the "happiness hormone," and dopamine in the brain, positively affecting the central nervous system.
It improves mood, memory, and concentration, enhancing mental performance.
It suppresses excitatory and activates inhibitory responses in the brain.
It helps reduce irritability, anxiety, and stress, normalizing sleep.
It exhibits an antidepressant effect and alleviates withdrawal symptoms.
