Tryptophan - 501 mg.
Active components:
Tryptophan increases serotonin levels - the "happiness hormone," improves mood, reduces manifestations of anxiety, stress, and other emotional disorders.
Promotes the synthesis of melatonin - the "sleep hormone," regulates the sleep-wake cycle, improves sleep onset, increases duration and quality of sleep.
Stimulates protein synthesis and growth hormone production, accelerating muscle mass gain and fat burning. Increases endurance, work capacity, and strength performance.
Accelerates recovery after workouts, reduces muscle soreness, and lowers the risk of developing "overtraining syndrome."
