Vitamin B12

- Necessary for normal hematopoiesis, plays an important role in folic acid metabolism. Contributes to the synthesis and maturation of erythrocytes - red blood cells, reduces the risk of developing anemia.
- Participates in metabolism and energy production, reduces fatigue and tiredness.
- Positively affects emotional state, memory, and concentration, helps cope with stress more easily.
- Involved in the synthesis of myelin sheaths of nerve cells, reduces pain sensations associated with nerve damage.
- Participates in the metabolism of proteins and nucleic acids. Necessary for the synthesis of choline and methionine, positively influences liver function, prevents the development of fatty liver disease.
- Contributes to lowering homocysteine levels in the blood and the risk of developing cardiovascular diseases.
