as a biologically active food supplement - an additional source of magnesium and vitamin B6

For children aged 3 to 6 years, 1 teaspoon (5 ml) per day;
for children aged 7 to 14 years, 2 teaspoons (10 ml) per day;
for children aged 14 years and adults, 1-2 tablespoons (15-30 ml);
for pregnant and breastfeeding women, 1 tablespoon (15 ml) per day during meals.
The duration of intake is at least 1 month.
If necessary, the intake can be repeated.

Magnesium + vitamin B6 solution contains magnesium in easily absorbable forms of organic salts - magnesium lactate and magnesium gluconate.
They have higher bioavailability, are better absorbed, and replenish magnesium deficiency in the body.
