Indications

Replenishes the physiological need for iron ions in addition to the diet, balanced according to the daily requirement for this substance. As a food product for children from 3 years of age for the prevention of iron deficiency.

How to use

For children aged 3-6 years: 20 g per day;
For children aged 7-14 years: 40 g per day.
The recommended intake provides (at least):
- 20% (2 mg) of the physiological iron requirement for children aged 3-6 years;
- 33% (4 mg) for children aged 7-10 years and boys aged 11-14 years;
- 27% (4 mg) for girls aged 11-14 years.

Nutritional value per 100 g (average values): proteins - 5.5 g, fats - 4 g, carbohydrates - 84 g.
Energy value per 100 g (average values): 1630 kJ (390 kcal).
