How to use
For children over 3 years old and adults, take 1 tablet once a day with meals.
Thus, with the recommended daily intake of 1 tablet (38 g of product - 4.6 mg of iron), children aged 3-7 years will receive 46% of the daily iron requirement;
children aged 7-11 years - 38% of the daily requirement;
boys aged 11-14 years - 38% of the daily requirement, girls aged 11-14 years - 31% of the daily requirement;
boys aged 14-18 years - 31% of the daily requirement, girls aged 14-18 years - 26% of the daily requirement.
For adults, additional iron intake will be 33% of the daily requirement.
