It completely dissolves in the digestive tract and promotes the formation of blood cells - erythrocytes.
It strengthens the immune system, effectively satisfies hunger, and increases overall physical performance.
Recommended as an additional source of iron.
The recommended intake meets the physiological iron requirement
for children aged 3-7 years by 20% (2 mg),
for children aged 7-11 years and boys aged 11-14 years by 33.3% (4 mg),
for girls aged 11-14 years by 26.7% (4 mg),
and the average daily requirement for adults by 35.7% (5 mg).
Nutritional/energy value per 100 g (average values): proteins - 3.5 g, fats - 3.0 g, carbohydrates - 80 g/360 kcal (1510 kJ).
