Pharmacology
Hepavit is a biologically active food supplement that serves as a source of flavolignans. The tablets are biconvex, ranging in color from light brownish-brown to grayish with speckles, having a faint odor and a specific taste.
Flavolignans possess hepatoprotective (from the Greek "hepa" - liver) properties. They prevent the penetration of toxic substances into liver cells and inhibit their necrosis (cell death). Thus, Hepavit enhances the liver's resistance to pathological effects, boosts its detoxification functions, and promotes improvement. Clinical trials have shown that the inclusion of Hepavit in the comprehensive treatment of patients with hepatitis of various etiologies, as well as alcoholic liver damage, contributes to:
• reduction of intoxication duration and the length of the jaundice period
• rapid normalization of blood biochemical parameters
• improvement of overall well-being (reduction of weakness and sweating, decreased intensity of pain in the right hypochondrium, etc.)
• shortening the duration of hospital stay.
The content of flavolignans in 4 tablets: at least 30 mg (100% of the recommended daily intake).

Таблетки двояковыпуклые от коричневато-бурого светлого до сероватого с вкраплениями цвета со слабым запахом и специфическим вкусом.
Флаволигнаны обладают гепатозащитными (от гр.сл. «гепа»-печень) действиями. Они не допускают проникновения в клетки печени токсических веществ и препятствуют их некрозу (гибели). Таким образом «Гепавит» повышает устойчивость печени к патологическим воздействиям, усиливает обезвреживающие функции печени, способствует улучшению. Клинические испытания показали, что включение «Гепавита» в комплексное лечение больных гепатитами различной этиологии, а также алкогольным поражением печени способствует:
• сокращением сроков интоксикации и длительности желтушного периода
• быстрой нормализации биохимических показателей крови
• улучшению общего самочувствия (уменьшение слабости и потливости, снижение интенсивности боли в правом подреберье и тд.)
• уменьшение сроков прибывания в станционере.
Содержание флаволигнанов в 4х таблетках: не менее 30мг (100 % от рекомендуемого уровня суточного потребления).
