How to use

Pour 2 filter bags with 200 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, steep for 10-15 minutes, squeeze the filter bag, and bring the volume of the resulting infusion to 200 ml with boiled water.
Adults should take 0.5 cup of the infusion 2 times a day with meals. Duration of intake is 1 month.
If necessary, the intake can be repeated.

2 фильтр-пакета залить 200 мл (1 стакан) кипятка, настоять в течение 10-15 мин, отжать фильтр-пакет, довести объем полученного настоя кипяченой водой до 200 мл.
Принимать взрослым по 0,5 стакана настоя 2 раза в день во время еды. Продолжительность приема 1 месяц.
При необходимости прием можно повторить.
